Per RCW 43.06C.040, all persons requesting OCO assistance must first have “reasonably pursued resolution of the complaint through the internal grievance, administrative, or appellate procedures.”

To open an investigation into your concern, we need to contact the incarcerated person involved, which may happen as part of the investigation or simply to let them know the outcome.
